Since I came to this life in 1979, I have been a helper, an advocate, a human resource, and chaser of dreams. I have spent the last 44 years learning and growing under some of the best coaches and doctors I could find to overcome limitations and programming, to reach beyond my dreams, and to eliminate conditioning that didn't serve me, PTSD, my sexuality, and anxiety.
In 2021, I stepped into my calling, as a mastermind retreat coach. Since 2017, I have traveled North and South America learning from doctors, shamans, and coaches on root, ancestral, inner child, wounded feminine, and womb healing. I now facilitate men and women walking into their next phase, whether that is a relationship, a career, a dimension, or healing.
In addition to my commitment to healing, I am also a serial entrepreneur and endless idea generator. I have helped hundreds of business owners unlock their greatest potentials and align their work with their life. I have been 100% self employed since 2016 and I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, as well as, multiple certifications and awards.
